12 small paper muffin cups or plastic PB cup mould 12 ounces of melting milk chocolate 1 cup Nontnuts Golden Peabutter 2/3 cup icing sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt
Pour chocolate in a glass bowl and melt them in the microwave (stir frequently and be careful not to burn it) Using a tablespoon, coat the bottom and side of your muffin cups or plastic mould (BE CAREFUL Chocolate is very HOT!!) Do not overfill cups, this is just a base coat. Place cups in a refrigerator until chocolate has hardened In a second glass bowl add the remaining ingredients; Peabutter, powdered sugar and salt. Mix well with a spoon
When chocolate has completely hardened
Place Peabutter mixture in the microwave for approximately 1 minute to soften (stir frequently) Add a spoonful of Peabutter filling to each cup and smooth out (Do Not overfill your cup since you must add your chocolate top) Place in freezer for approximately 1 hour or until Peabutter filling has hardened When cups have completely hardened, re-heat the remaining chocolate from the glass bowl (stir frequently) Spoon in a final layer of chocolate over each cup and place back in the freezer until chocolate has hardened.
