Looking at their website I'm guessing the term dairy free means no direct dairy ingredient mainly aimed at the non-allergic GFDF crowd.

I'm sitting here eating pink vanilla & nut-free rocky road! They just opened a month ago. They also have a freezer with some ice cream bars and sandwiches, and some gluten and dairy free options. There's also some Vermont nut-free chocolate covered pretzels. They also sell kids clothes and have parties. I'm in love. I wish I lived here!
