Wayne Farms is recalling approximately 53,210 pounds of frozen, breaded, fully-cooked Italian-style chicken breast fillet products due to undeclared egg.

The products, produced between Aug. 3, 2010 and Nov. 13, 2010, were shipped for food service use nationwide and to distribution centers in Massachusetts and New Jersey.

The recall affects the following:

10-lb. cases of Thumann's "The Deli Best" fully-cooked, breaded, Italian style chicken breast fillet with rib meat. Each case contains bulk-packed 7-oz. chicken fillets.
10-lb. cases of Dutch Quality House DIST. breaded, fully-cooked, Italian style chicken breast fillet with rib meat. Each case contains bulk-packed 7-oz. chicken fillets.
10-lb. cases of non-branded breaded, fully-cooked, Italian style chicken breast fillet with rib meat. Each case contains bulk-packed 7-oz. chicken fillets.
Individual packages bear the establishment number "P-33885" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The product case label would also contain one of the following code numbers: B13464, 13464 or 20947 in large bold print.
