Well, in his defense, the lawyer is the father of one of the girls charged.  He never pretended to be unbiased.  He's an a** - not illegally brought in - therefore not a weapon.  Excuse me, a chair isn't a weapon until I break it over your back.  And breaking a chair over your head versus shooting you in that head with a gun - changes my intentions not one iota!

Didn't like the lawyer saying he thought it was a prank...is it only a crime if someone dies?  I think assault applies, the intent to do harm was there.
