Is this the same one as earlier this year? The link leads to an April date.

sorry I meant to add some more info and had to jump off of here...

a friend of mine who is extremely sensitve to peanuts(contact...etc..) reacted to this abou t 1month ago...it's been sent off to Nebraska for testing and no peanut proteins (or tree nut) as been found in it....the thought is now (VERY SCARY) that the extremely high heat the soy is put through to get it into the form it is in these drinks changes the protein to resemble peanut protein, hence the reaction...and may (tho' hasn't been teased out yet) cause these people to be allergic to soy in the future!!!!

I am NOT a scientist and this is as far as I can take this information...I am going to be following up with my friend on her case.
