Not sure about your relative location, but your best bet is probably to find a local creamery that makes cheese-- then you can determine whether or not they use corn- or soy-based agents during their processing or packaging.

Hi, i have a beef, chicken, pork, egg, soy, peanut, and corn allergy...i am desperate to find a cheese...Does anybody know of a soy, and corn free cheese I can eat?
