Well at least they were good!

I made them but they didn't need the coconut flour after all.  The Sunbutter seized up into a workable dough on its own.  Yummy, but I still have two bags of coconut flour left, LOL.

Looking forward to hearing how they turned out.  We love them...maybe too much, I don't make them often.

I meant to start a tread for this, so thank you.  I'll try the Sunbutter balls tonight!

Tropical Traditions has a ton of coconut recipes...will take some time to read to find ones that might work for you.

I made these years ago and everyone liked them...I used coconut oil instead of butter.  Mine did not flatten out, they said like lumps.

This next one uses PB, but I see no reason that it can't be done with sunbather...although I have not tried it that way.

I have a slightly older version of this recipe so here are my measurements

1 C PB or substitute
3 TBS maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt
3-6 tsp coconut flour (will depend on how liquid your sunbutter is)
coating: 1 1/3 C choc chips and 3 tsp coconut oil ( sometime I skip the oil)

follow the directions in the link
