No Nuts Golden Peabutter Cups

12 small paper muffin cups or plastic PB cup mould
12 ounces of melting milk chocolate
1 cup Nontnuts Golden Peabutter
2/3 cup icing sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

� Pour chocolate in a glass bowl and melt them in the microwave (stir frequently and be careful not to burn it)
� Using a tablespoon, coat the bottom and side of your muffin cups or plastic mould (BE CAREFUL Chocolate is very HOT!!) Do not overfill cups, this is just a base coat.
� Place cups in a refrigerator until chocolate has hardened
� In a second glass bowl add the remaining ingredients; Peabutter, powdered sugar and salt.
� Mix well with a spoon

When chocolate has completely hardened

� Place Peabutter mixture in the microwave for approximately 1 minute to soften (stir frequently)
� Add a spoonful of Peabutter filling to each cup and smooth out (Do Not overfill your cup since you must add your chocolate top)
� Place in freezer for approximately 1 hour or until Peabutter filling has hardened
� When cups have completely hardened, re-heat the remaining chocolate from the glass bowl (stir frequently)
� Spoon in a final layer of chocolate over each cup and place back in the freezer until chocolate has hardened.
