The good news for you is that we have at least one regular around here that is an adult with both of those allergies.

I also happen to know that she makes a mean popover, and bakes other lovely things.

A very warm welcome to you, Shasta!

Awwhh....Thank you:)
and while I hate that for the one dealing with this, it is great news for a me :)  and I can't wait to feel comfortable enough to try baking again.... Popovers?? yum.... :)

Welcome!! OOoh, sesame is such a toughie becaue of the lack of labeling laws for it in both the US and Canada. I'm allergic to sesame, too.  And wow--sunflower is just everywhere these days.

I hope you find this a helpful community for dealing with your allergies!

Hi, I am new to this forum. I was recently diagnosed with severe seed allergies and several others allergies. I am looking for as much information on Sesame and Sunflower(oil too) allergies as possible. I am having a hard time finding safe foods and baking supplies. Any help would be appreciated. It is all a little overwhelming.

Thx
