We use Libby too. I use the plain one, not the ready spiced  one. It has nutmeg in it, and it gives me a rash.

I've been using the solid pack pumpkin for years with no problems.

Oh, I use olive oil all the time wiht pumpkin.  The pumpkin flavor hides any olive oil flavor really well.

Don't know about the Libby's pumpkin MIX--

we've usually used the plain packed pumpkin from them, though.

Hello,

Just wanted to make sure the Libby's Pumpkin Mix is safe for PA/TNA? If anyone else uses it? Also when making pumpkin bread and it asks for Vegtable oil, what brand do you use with PA/TNA safe? I normally use butter and do not use oil except for olive oil and do not think olive oil would work, but not a baker so not sure.
