Oberto Sausage Company is recalling approximately 772 pounds of "Lowrey's Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky" due to undeclared soy.

The products were produced April 15, 2011, and were distributed to retail establishments in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.

The recall affects 4.16-oz. canisters of "Lowrey's Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky" containing three individual snack packs of six beef jerky sticks with a best-by date of "130412 01" printed on the bottom of each canister. Each canister bears the establishment number "EST. 2862B" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
