Sunbutter sunflower seed spread is a great alternative for peanut butter and Sunwise Foods makes frozen sandwiches (similar to Smuckers Uncrustables) using the Sunbutter. Both are available for purchase online. Great for homes/schools/daycares/etc with kids with peanut allergies.
