Excellent resource.  Maybe it should be stickied?

Sometimes I use crushed pretzels in place of tree nuts.

In what kind of recipe?  It wouldn't stay crunchy if used in baked good would it?

I found a recipe that I'm going to try for Christmas. It is like a pecan pie but uses pretzels instead, and the person who made it (not for allergy reasons but for cost reasons) said her guests were sure it was pecan pie.

Oh Jessica I've seen that pie--shared it in FB. I can't remember if we actually made it (DS can eat safe pecans).

I've used chopped pretzels in some cookies that called for pecans or almonds.  They were pretty good!
