Title: Nima Sensor
Post by: spacecanada on February 09, 2018, 04:59:46 PM
https://www.glutenfreewatchdog.org/news/adrian-rogers-discusses-personal-gluten-allergen-detection-devices-such-as-nima/
(slides and audio presentation)

Which then stemmed this article:

(contains a few minor typos)

Finally, an expert saying the same things I have been citing for years...  The Nima sensor has been spammed across my social media feed more times in the past month than I can count.  I'm ready to scream.  This is not 'the best development for the allergy community since the invention of the EpiPen' (quoting an anonymous social media user).  It's nice to have an article to share, supporting my once again unpopular opinion.
