Welcome ghuckabone!

I'm sure you'll get some great advice here.

Can you tell us a little about what led you to get her tested?  Did she have a reaction?

My 17 yr old daughter is being tested for potential allergies to milk, wheat, soybean, rye and barley.  I have been trying to research what a 17 yr old can eat with all these restrictions.  Can anyone give me any direction or advice.  I don't know where to start or turn.
