You might also want to try out Blue Ridge Grill.  We've had good luck with the Brambleton location.  Another one to try is Ford's Fish Shack in Ashburn (and South Riding); though, you'll want to avoid it if you're dealing with a shellfish or seafood allergy.

This is Virginia-specific -- Leesburg -- (but it is national chain)

First time ever to eat there and had very good experience.  Had 2 teens along with LTFA to peanut and tree nuts.

Management was great to work with and appeared to listen and grasp concerns.  Wait staff was superb.  We had GREAT meal (albeit very expensive) and it was a wonderful experience all around.
