On 5/15/24 the firm was notified by the North Carolina Depart of Agriculture and Consumer Services that the product does not list egg on the label. The product contains mayonnaise which is made from eggs and utilizes whole eggs as a binder.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

The product was distributed between August 26, 2022 – May 9, 2024. There are no UPC or lot codes for this product. This product is vacuum sealed in clear plastic sold to distributor and retail facilities in North Carolina and South Carolina.

[HONOLULU, HI, May 16th, 2024] Sun Noodle is recalling approximately 37,158 cases of S&S CUP SAIMIN manufactured from May 9, 2023 – May 8, 2024, because they may contain undeclared egg white powder. Any product produced prior to May 9th, 2023 should have already been discarded due to expiration dates. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg, run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

S&S CUP SAIMIN was distributed across Hawaii, Fairfield CA, Sacramento CA, San Francisco CA, El Cerrito CA, Las Vegas NV, Reno NV, Provo UT, and St. George UT through distributors and retailers.

The lot code can be found on the lid on the top of each S&S Saimin cup.

To date, no illnesses related to the consumption of this product have been reported.

This frozen product is sold in ready-to-heat cups as noodles with a separate fish cake that contains the allergen in question. Consumers microwave to cook and add hot water. During Sun Noodle's routine quality checks, our validation of supplier ingredients showed the use of egg white powder not disclosed on our labeling of the final assembled product. As a precautionary measure, we urge consumers who have purchased the S&S Cup Saimin to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Delta has a spot on their website to notify them if you have a peanut allergy. It didn't seem that necessary since they don't serve peanuts anymore, but 2 of our 4 total flights were a partner airline, SkyWest. Before that flight on the way home, they called DD to the desk in the airport and said they were planning to serve peanuts, and was that okay? She said no. So they served the normal Delta snacks.

Texas Pecan of Dallas TX is recalling 1 Lb and 8 oz products because it may contain an undeclared allergen. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to( tree nuts, peanuts, almonds, brazils, cashews, filberts, macadamias, pistachios, pecans, pine nuts, walnuts, soy, dairy (milk), sesame and wheat), run the risk of serious or life threating allergic reaction if they consume these products. This company has been in business for over 40 years and no sickness or allergic reaction has ever been reported to us.

This product could have been bought at our retail location or thru our web site(www.texaspecanco.com). It it only the 1 lb and 8 oz bags with lot numbers found on the bottom left corner ranging from 23200-23265 and 24001-24079. All bags are a clear poly bag with our Texas Pecan label on them. There have not been any reports of related illness or allergic reactions to any of the product ever purchased at Texas Pecan.

The problem came about with a routine check from the Texas Department of state and Health Services. When they inspected the packaging machine they decided that cross contamination was possible as our labels do states tree nut but each tree nut was not named individually. Our packaging machine is cleaned properly however our written documentation did not clearly state that.

If the consumer has any of these products they should either throw away or return to Texas Pecan for a replacement or full refund. Texas Pecan can be contacted at 972-241-7878 M-F 8:30-5 CST.

Product is contained in a white plastic bottle marked with lot # 549853001 and 0125 expiration date on the side of the label. Amyloid Complete is a capsule that is tan in color.

The issue was identified through a customer complaint which found bottles of Amyloid Complete may contain Perna Plus Tabs with DMG, resulting in undeclared shellfish. No illnesses have been reported to date.

A picture of the consumer package label is shown below. The label does reference "Manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts and wheat on shared equipment."

There has been one reported customer that has experienced a mild allergic reaction to this product.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered hazelnuts were inadvertently added to the product during manufacturing and the lot produced was distributed in packaging that does not reveal the presence of hazelnuts. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by cross contamination on a piece of share equipment.

Consumers who are sensitive or have allergies to hazelnut should not eat this product and should discard any product they may have. 802 VT Frozen Recalls Frozen Meat Pizza Products Due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens

WASHINGTON, April 26, 2024 – 802 VT Frozen, a Newport, Vt. establishment, is recalling approximately 8,221 pounds of frozen meat pizza due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The product contains soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
The frozen meat pizza item was produced from April 25, 2023, through April 25, 2024. The following product is subject to recall [view labels]:
17.8-oz. cardboard box containing "802 VT Frozen MEAT!!! CRISPY WOOD-FIRED CRUST HAND MADE PIZZA" with "best if used by" dates of April 25, 2024, through April 25, 2025.
The products subject to recall bear establishment number "EST. 46308" inside the USDA mark of inspection. Items were distributed to retailers and fundraisers in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.                           
The problem was discovered during routine FSIS verification activities. FSIS determined that the product contained soy, which was not declared on the label.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product. Anyone concerned about an illness should contact a healthcare provider. 
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers' freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. The product should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
FSIS routinely conducts recall effectiveness checks to verify recalling firms notify their customers of the recall and that steps are taken to make certain that the product is no longer available to consumers.
