Hopefully this will give BOTH organizations the ability to leverage more funding for research, more legislative oomph, and more ability to advocate (legally) with enforcement agencies like DOJ and OCR (both USDA and FDA).

Not a surprise since FAI and FAAN merged.

If food allergy orgs are going to have more clout AND funds to lobby, this was necessary -- both for FAI/FAAN (now FARE) and KFA under AAFA.
