One of the nice things someone said to me about my son's FA diagnosis was "Well. it is good to be mindful of one's food".  I have tried (unsuccessfully for the most part) to take that attitude -- this is about mindfulness -- KNOWING what we eat.  I think it is a good ideal to strive for.

I know, I know-- not strictly on-topic.

But still.

Kind of in the same vein as The Lunch Tray, in many ways.

I think most of us will nod and smile as we read/listen to this one.  I don't agree with everything that Michael Pollan thinks, but this interview is a real gem.
