Let us know. We have seen it on the shelves but had avoided due to the pecan variety.

I looked at Colgin's today and on the bottle it said to try their naturally flavored varieties, one of which had pecan in the name. I don't know if that means pecan wood or whatever but I decided to hold off.

I've used liquid smoke for years (20+), but never called. Never had an issue.

We used colgin liquid smoke recently with no problems.  We are not PA and I did not call the company.

I need something to improve the flavor of ham. It's pretty flat tasting even though it's supposed to be smoked or cured or whatever. Or if you have any other ideas...
