Yes, they are fine.  They label well.  I spoke to them about pn, tn and sesame.  Friend spoke to them about dairy.  Frito Lay's labeling is great.

I checked the web site, and it states:

Don't know about dairy, but my PA, TNA & Sesame allergic son eats them all the time.
