« on: December 25, 2018, 06:05:55 PM »I did a whole chicken in mine tonight and it was perfection. I seared it on both sides first, then cooked 6 minutes per pound. Made a spice rub and stuffed it with onions and lemons. The Gravy is amazing.
At this rate I don’t care if my oven ever gets fixed, lol.
