Title: New Paleo protein bars
Post by: becca on October 30, 2015, 08:44:37 AM
Advertising for these popped up in my Facebook feed.  2o grams of protein.  They do have egg, and one flavor, brownie, has tree nuts(cashews).  SO, not sure about cross contam.  They are claiming nut free, as well as free of other allergens.  I may call.  Anyone tried them?  They are very pricey, but maybe good for dd during basketball season.

If they have one flavour with nuts, and they all have the same packaging, my bet is the cross contamination risk is huge. One flavour also has coconut, which is a nut in America.
