Title: New allergist
Post by: joshsmom on October 15, 2012, 12:25:49 PM
Our new allergist will not give me my son's rast test result until our next appt. I have always been able to get it! They said it is not our protocol! I just want to know about his sesame since his skin test is still negative. I just want to know! I know the peanuts and tree nuts are still high. No hope there.

Our allergist will call with the numbers (which I need to get blood drawn next week) but he won't let the nurse release them.

They are what they are at this point though I am wondering if DS2's PA numbers will drop.  DS2 obviously still reacts to egg and I doubt he has dropped from a class 6 for wheat, rye or barley.

Well they finally called and would only tell me the sesame. His rast for sesame is 3.75. She said it is classified as moderate to severe. Sigh! Why is his spt negative 2 years apart!
