Title: Ghirardelli dark chocolate chunks for baking?
Post by: becca on February 18, 2013, 11:42:55 AM
A neighbor gave us some cookies and I have all the ingredients she used, and this is the only one in question.  She no longer has the bag.  I will let dd try one if that chocolate is safe.

Thanks, if anyone knows.

Hmmm, I do not see a chunk product on the website.  Maybe she chopped her own(she has said "Ghirardelli dark chocolate, I no longer have the packaging.")?  Oh well.  There are cranberries in there too and dd would most likely not like them.

I've never seen dark chocolate "chunks" so she may have broken them up herself from a bar or one of those baking hunks you can get in saran wrap.
