Title: Polish and German = how to communicate allergies
Post by: FiddleSticks on March 04, 2020, 09:25:01 PM
Any travelers have a sense of how to say, "I am allergic to nuts and shellfish" in Polish and/or German?

Thanks!

Check FAREís website, or something like this:

https://allergytranslation.com/

We traveled to Poland a few years ago and found very little food allergy awareness there. Fortunately with the exception of desserts (which he never eats out anyway), my sonís allergens are not commonly found in Polish food.

Good luck!
