If you don't have a 504 in place yet, I would get one before moving to Missouri.

When we knew we'd be moving a couple of years ago, I did tell DH not Missouri, based on the history several here had with handling FAs there. And also with the way that OCR dealt with things. If I knew I were moving to St. Louis, I would base where I lived on the school district and how they handle FAs.
