Thank you!  I feel awkward bumping my own post because everyone deserves to win.  Thank you for all the votes.   :heart:

My PTSD treatment officially ended yesterday, although I still have homework to do for the next year or so, as needed.  :happydance:  This community has been a huge support on my journey to recovery.  (Sorry, off topic.)
