yeah....I've been reading a lot and using it....
and some of my meals are good.....but they would be better if I had stood there and done my thing...
for you Hedge - I'd say if you do pot roast, ribs, pulled pork - those traditional low and slow things - you can do them in the IP much faster and the meat turns out great
even the whole chicken that I did last night - it was an organic chicken and very $$ - so I was hoping it would be good and it was....DH was really commenting about how moist every bite was - I bought 2 at Costco and seasoned/prepped the other one and popped it into the freezer - it will be ready to go whenever I need it.
