Real egg challenge — gulp

Ok guys here we are again. This time with scrambled egg. Nervous but hopeful. He's 17 starting senior year. If he could kick egg this would be huge!! Fingers crossed! We could use some good news around here.

Yep. He's had all the doses. Mildly itchy throat but so far that's it. Now we wait!

Too much egg still gives me an itchy throat, but I don't have to live like I'm egg allergic. Hopefully, at worst, he'll be like me.

Honestly, I think scrambled eggs are totally gross - which is likely a consequence of working camps for so long and walking through the kitchen when the kitchen mamas dumped out the huge boil in a bag scrambled eggs.

But if my egg allergy went away, the first thing I would do is whip up a batch of my Mom's deviled eggs. Then maybe real French toast.
