Salted Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

I riffed on this recipe.  I made my own Dulce de Leche using sweetened condensed milk (the oven method), 1 1/2 cups each of whole milk and heavy cream, 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 Tbsp of vodka (prevents ice crystals). I salted the mix to taste before freezing.  Delicious!
