The products were produced April 15, 2011, and were distributed to retail establishments in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
The recall affects 4.16-oz. canisters of “Lowrey’s Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky” containing three individual snack packs of six beef jerky sticks with a best-by date of “130412 01” printed on the bottom of each canister. Each canister bears the establishment number “EST. 2862B” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
