Butterfield Foods is recalling approximately 285,100 pounds of barbecue beef, pork, and chicken products due to undeclared soy.

The products, produced between April 2, 2010 and May 5, 2011, were distributed to retail establishments and restaurants in Indiana.

The following products are affected by this recall:

Two 5-lb. cases (net weight. 10 lbs.) of "BUTTERFIELD FOODS TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH PORK" with a case code of "05002205."
Two 5-lb. tubs (net weight 10 lbs.) of "AMISH CLASSIC TEXAS STYLE BBQ PORK" with a case code of "05002205AC."
Two 5-lb. cases (net weight 10 lbs) of "BUTTERFIELD FOODS TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH PORK" with a case code of "05002816."
Two 5-lb. cases (net weight 10 lbs.) of "BUTTERFIELD FOODS TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH BEEF" with a case code of "01007205."
Two 5-lb. tubs (net weight 10 lbs.) of "AMISH CLASSIC TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH BEEF" with a case code of "01007205AC."
Eight 1-lb. cases (net weight 8 lbs.) of "BUTTERFIELD FOODS TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH BEEF" with a case code of "01007816."
Two 5-lb. cases (net weight 10 lbs.) of "BUTTERFIELD FOODS TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH CHICKEN" with a case code of "02011205."
Two 5-lb. tubs (net weight 10 lbs.) of "AMISH CLASSIC TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH CHICKEN" with a case code of "0211205AC."
Eight 1-lb. cases (net weight 8 lbs.) of "BUTTERFIELD FOODS TEXAS STYLE BBQ SAUCE WITH CHICKEN" with a case code of "02011816."
Five lb. aluminum trays of "BUTTERFIELD FOODS CASINO RIB FINGERS IN SAUCE" with a case code of "05082206."
Each case bears the establishment number "P-6945" or "EST. 6945" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
