Cinderella Sweets is recalling “Cindy’s Scrumptious Chocolate Chip Pound Cake,” a Shabtai Gourmet brand, due to undeclared egg.
The products, which were distributed nationwide to retail stores, list egg on the ingredient and allergen statement.
The product is packaged in a white 8x5.75x2 window cookie box with the “SHABTAI” logo printed within a planet Saturn, UPC #8-50097 00106-6; MFG CODE 151-11-072.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at info@cinderellasweets.com or (516) 374-7976 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
