Bruce Foods Corporation is recalling "Food Club Red Enchilada Sauce" due to undeclared soy and wheat.

The product was sold in retail stores in Alabama, Minnesota, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia between May 31, 2011, and July 2, 2011.

The product is packaged in 10-oz. cans with code ECH 451244, Best Before Date: 5/13/2015. Some cans of "Food Club Red Enchilada Sauce" could contain "Food Club Green Enchilada Sauce, which contains soy and wheat," due to mislabeling.
