Thanks so much for posting this! This is my personal favorite song as it helps me keep my food allergies in perspective on those days when my allergies get me frustrated!

Here are the lyrics to the song

C’est La Vie

You and I, see eye to eye
That we don’t mind when others just might
Whether it’s a bruise on the knee, or food allergies
Won’t bother me
C’est la vie

And in this crazy life it’s easy to get caught up in the fuss
When people think we’ve got it bad and it must be so tough
It’s all not as bad as some might make it to be
We can play and have fun
Smile and feel young
So we’ll say, C’est la vie

Give your best and try
Look on the bright side
You can reach the sky
When you keep your head high

Then you will see, how happy you’ll be
That’s the key, c’est la vie

And in this crazy life it’s easy to get caught up in the fuss
When people think we’ve got it bad and it must be so tough
It’s all not as bad as some might make it to be
We can play and have fun
Smile and feel young
So we’ll say, C’est la vie

There were problems then, problems now and forever they’ll be there
So why waste time on worrying, when there’s no time to care

Go give thanks that we’re free
Anything we can be
So we’ll say
C’est La Vie

Like birds we will be
Up in a tree
So we’ll say
C’est La Vie

~
Kyle

Thanks, Kyle, for posting the lyrics to that song!

That is terrific, by the way.

So....instead of throwing those baking products with a "may contain" warning.....just sing C'est la vie?  I can try that.   ;D  (Actually, I only threw a bag of chocolate chips once.)

Mookie if you click the link in my first post, then click the name of the song, you can hear it.

Or try the therapeutic combo of singing "C'est La Vie" while throwing the may contain bag, and eating a bag of licorice (insert favorite safe junk food here).
