Popkoff Frozen Foods, d/b/a Blossom Foods, is recalling 5-oz. single-serving cups and 5-lb. bags of "Blossom Foods – Dark and White Meat Chicken with Vegetables" due to undeclared soy.

The products were sold to institutions in the Oakland and San Francisco, CA areas and directly to consumers via the Internet. 

The products bear the establishment number "P-4966" inside the USDA mark of inspection and were produced on various dates between May and Nov. 29, 2011.
