SHELLFISH ALLERGY ALERT

Rexall, Inc. is recalling “Rexall Calcium 1200 mg plus 1000IU Vitamin D3, 60 softgels” due to undeclared shellfish. The affected bottles actually contain Triple Strength Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM Tablets. Glucosamine is derived from the shells of certain crustaceans.
The products were distributed at Dollar General stores in 38 states.
The recall affects one lot number, 387651-04. The product is identified by UPC Code 3 01220 45211 3, Expiration Date 08/15, and product number 45211.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at (888) 534-6370.
