Solaris All Inclusive - Cancun

Has anyone ever stayed and eaten at this all inclusive in Mexico?  Living Social has a great deal going for spring break there.  I'm picturing lots of buffets and difficulty explaining the whole cross-contamination thing so we likely aren't doing it...yet, if I knew it was workable I'd like to consider it.  Anyone?   :)
