Han Yang Inc. is recalling approximately 25,600 pounds of "Jang Chung Dong Han Yang King Joak Bal Cooked Pork Hocks" due to undeclared wheat.
The products were distributed for wholesale and retail use in the Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL areas.
The products bear the establishment number "EST. 21880" inside the USDA mark of inspection and have a four-month shelf life. The recalled products were produced between Oct. 7, 2011 and Feb. 7, 2012.
