Mashed up, FAT-LOADED cookies, yes. Apparently.
I was trying to imagine what on earth it would be "appropriate" with. As a spread, I mean.
The only things that I could really come up with off hand were:
a) sandwich cookie filling,
b) ganache-without-the-chocolate and in a convenient package. So cake filling, that kind of thing.
c) cannoli filling.
What does your household do with this stuff, Mac? Because realize that my DD's got the same kind of sweet tooth that you and your DH do-- I may have mentally overlooked something that she'd find delightful.
