March 27, 2012
J Bar B Foods is recalling "Eckrich Smoked Sausage Made with Pork and Beef" due to undeclared milk.
The products were sent to distribution centers in Dallas and Indianapolis for institutional use.
Each 11-lb. box bears a label with the establishment number "Est. 7066" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products were produced from Jan. 16, 2012 to present and have a sell-by date of March 26, 2012 or later.
