We went to Sandals Negril for our honeymoon a little over 13 years ago. I remember some buffets but mostly for breakfast and I know we could get cooked to order omelets. There was also lots of fresh fruit. I'd recommend calling now and making sure you can get reservations at the sit down restaurants for when you are there. Maybe get some chef cards made up also. We have also been to a Beaches as a family but that was pre-allergy diagnosis for DS and he was only 2 so he barely ate anything.
