Not sure if the topic is best here or under recipies....but Wondering some meal ideas when camping out with the kids besides baked potatoes and smores ;-)

My family cooks hot dogs on the fire.  We've also done "grilled" cheese in a pan.  You hold the aluminum pan with some tongs and hold it over the fire to cook the grilled cheese.  Will you have a camping stove?  That provides a lot of additional options.  Have fun!
