Is there safe pita bread for PA/TNA?
I see Kronos pitas but could not find out more about them on their site.

I think Kangaroo is; we've talked about it here, so check that.

We've used Kangaroo and Trader Joe's flatbread, but prefer Kontos for asthetic reasons.  I would not trust their Phyllo product line, as they use walnuts and almonds there.

The bread/flatbread product line is cross-contaminated with sesame and chickpeas, though, and possibly fenugreek; I mention this because I know that they're problematic for some.  They are labeled quite well for shared lines with sesame, though.

Resistance isn't futile.  It's voltage divided by current.

We use Kangaroo but it's gotten nearly impossible to find around here.

Aladdin Bakers brand Pita Bread http://www.aladdinbakers.com is free of Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Milk, Egg, and Sesame. None of these ingredients are in the factory, and Pitas are the only item made there, according to the customer service person I spoke with some time ago. Here's the number, if you'd like to confirm 718-499-1818 This applies to all varieties of their Pitas - Plain, whole wheat, multi-grain, etc.  I found them at Weis Markets in central PA.
DS (16) - NKA
DS (12) - milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, cherries, and watermelon.  (Outgrew corn, wheat, soy, peas, and green beans.)
Environmental allergies to mold, trees and grasses.
OAS to almost all fresh fruit and vegetables except citrus and grapes
