Just noting here - pretty sure the my DS was the FIRST FA child to get a 504 for FA in my district and most likely the state.   There are now over 800 in my district alone.

Wanting to be sure link to fairly recent OCR case with Virginia Beach is included here, as OCR took school/district to task for "only having IHCP/IHP for all the LTFA students . . .
