Flattop Grill?

Have any of you attempted Flattop Grill with PA/TNA? They sound knowledgable, just wondering though if the website is just lip service or if they're really on the ball with cross-contamination. I know I'd have to go into the particular restaurant to check out the situation regardless, but I'd rather save myself the trip if you guys have had bad experiences. They're in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
