Could be a gluten-free option for some people, but could also be bad, bad news for those of us dealing with egg allergy.

Looks as though pn/tn risk stays the same.

Oddly enough, there is nothing that doesn't have a gluten risk on the regular menu anymore (or maybe my comfort level was lower).  And then with the eggy goodness - yeah, definitely no more.
DS1 - Wheat, rye, barley and egg
DS2 - peanuts
DD -  tree nuts, soy and sunflower
Me - bananas, eggplant, many drugs
