Any opinions on when the medical form that the allergist completes, lists on the form what the delegate will and will not do if the nurse is not there.  I guess it is good to have it listed, but what if the allergist's orders are going to be different.  Maybe it could be contradicting to be on same form.

I'm going to ask the allergist office, and I think the bigger issue for me is to get more of an allergy plan in IEP.

Does your school have 2 separate allergy forms?

A "food allergy action plan" aka "emergency care plan" for when the school nurse is available?

AND

A separate school epinephrine delegate form for when the school nurse is not available?  Are delegates allowed to give antihistamines in your state?
