Mini Heath bars - Hershey

Is it possible that these are safe?  They look safe.  Based on my knowledge of Hershey I think that they are safe.  But I just can't believe a Heath bar is safe.

My DS who can eat almonds eats these. He can have Hershey's almond bars.

thanks guys!  he eats almonds - well - has eaten them - doesn't care for them much
but I think he'll like the heath bar
